Meet The Face Behind Kootenay Goaltending
I’m Nathan Lieuwen, proud owner of Kootenay Goaltending.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
I used to play professional hockey for five years from 2012 to 2017, including playing in the NHL for the Buffalo Sabres. Coaching others in a sport that I knew and loved was a natural progression after I finished my playing career. I also have a passion for helping younger goalies reach their full potential. Although I have been playing hockey for as long as I can remember, I began Kootenay Goaltending in January 2018.
I have not been running this business for very long, but there are a few things I noticed along the way. The game has been getting busier and more diverse around the East Kootenays. From all the coaching work I handle, I love the on-ice coaching and seeing goalies understand and improve their game the best.
My business philosophy is to bring quality service that makes a lasting impact. As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the rest is making sure every client is learning and growing with every visit and I attribute my success to the need to see goalies grow and succeed at their craft.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise in hockey goalie training across Cranbrook, Kimberley, Fernie, Invermere, Creston, Sparwood, BC, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit our website at www.kootenaygoaltending.com.
Sincerely,
