CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any ice time booked by Kootenay Goaltending must be cancelled no later then 2 weeks in advance (City of Cranbrook Policy).
- Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.
- Lessons must be cancelled no later then 24 hours in advance.
